1. On the offline machine, open ZLM and select "Offline Activation".
2. Save a request.xml file to a USB drive.
3. Move the USB to an internet-connected computer.
4. Upload the request file to the Zemax License Portal.
5. Download the response.lic file back to the USB.
6. On the offline machine, load the response file into ZLM.
7. Done. The fixed license is now permanently installed.
