What I recommend instead:

4. Click Check for Updates.
5. Download the latest release (this includes Edit Log features). The file downloaded is TallyPrimeUpdate.exe (digitally signed).
6. After update, press F11 (Company Features) → F1: Accounting Features → Enable Use Voucher Audit (Edit Log).
