1. Download the “CTF Theme Pack 660 Better” (available via archive.org or PSP homebrew forums).
2. Extract the archive. Inside, you’ll find a folder named THEME containing dozens of .ctf files.
3. Connect your PSP via USB and navigate to ms0:/PSP/.
4. If a THEME folder doesn’t exist, create one.
5. Copy the .ctf files into ms0:/PSP/THEME/.
6. Disconnect USB, then go to Settings → Theme Settings → Theme on your PSP.
