Limitations (Important!)
- Polygon Plan Dependent – The free tier provides delayed (15 min) data for equities and limited tickers. Real-time requires a paid Polygon subscription.
- No Order Execution – This is tracking only. You cannot trade via Polytrack.
- Browser-Only – If you close the tab, data stops. No mobile app (but the site is responsive).
- Rate Limits – Your Polygon API key’s rate limits apply. Heavy use may require a paid tier.
- Unofficial Tool – Not built or maintained by Polygon.io. Use at your own risk.
