2. Check Web Filter Settings

  • Navigate to Configuration → Content Filtering → Web Filter.
  • Make sure “Enable Web Filter” is checked.
  • Under “URL Categorization”, confirm it’s set to Enabled (not “Disabled” or “Unavailable”).
  1. Log in to the Kerio Control Administration Console.
  2. Navigate to Configuration > Licenses.
  3. Look for the Kerio Control Web Filter entry.
