2. Check Web Filter Settings
- Navigate to Configuration → Content Filtering → Web Filter.
- Make sure “Enable Web Filter” is checked.
- Under “URL Categorization”, confirm it’s set to Enabled (not “Disabled” or “Unavailable”).
- Log in to the Kerio Control Administration Console.
- Navigate to Configuration > Licenses.
- Look for the Kerio Control Web Filter entry.
