• Perform a Wipe (Factory Reset, Wipe Cache, Wipe Dalvik).
• Transfer the ROM and GApps zip files to your phone.
• In TWRP, select "Install," choose the ROM zip, swipe to confirm. Then do the same for the GApps zip.
• Reboot.
