Feature proposal — Repack Manager for HDMovie2Home

Goal

Add an automated "Repack Manager" that detects, generates, and publishes repack releases from existing uploads to improve download reliability and reduce duplicate seeders.

Minimal viable product (MVP)

• Auto-detect duplicates by title/resolution within 72 hours.
• Lossless repack (container remux, file removals) with checksum and changelog.
• Moderator approval UI and publish flow.
• Basic metadata consolidation (NFO + screenshots).
