  3. Dynamic Weather & Lighting: The "Updated" version introduces a sandstorm weather effect, drastically reducing visibility and altering NPC behavior. Daytime now features a harsh, realistic Middle Eastern sun, while nights are lit by dim, flickering fluorescent streetlights rather than Vice City’s Vegas-style neons.
  4. Reworked Radio Stations: Forget Emotion 98.3. The new update includes "Radio Souq" (featuring Dabke and Arabic pop), "Eastern Wave" (classic Umm Kulthum), and a pirate station called "The Underground" (featuring Syrian underground hip-hop and electronic music).
