They contain the final security patches, Firebase Cloud Messaging updates, and compatibility fixes for apps like YouTube Vanced, older Chrome releases, and Play Store v30+. Anything newer will not install. Anything older (e.g., 19.x or 20.x) will cause "Google Play Services keeps stopping" errors because of expired SSL certificates and outdated authentication tokens.
