| Issue | Solution |

| Web page shows “Update failed” | Ensure file is not corrupted; re-download from Fujitsu. Check if current firmware is too old – may need intermediate version. |
| Scanner doesn’t reboot | Wait 10 min, then power cycle manually (unplug → wait 30s → plug in). |
| Lost network after update | Scanner may revert to DHCP. Check router for new IP or use touch panel to see IP. |
| Login not working | Try default admin / password. If reset, use hardware reset procedure (see manual). |
