To update the firmware on your FNIRSI-1014D digital oscilloscope, you need to download the correct update file and transfer it to the device via USB. Prerequisites A PC to download and transfer files.

5. Update Procedure

For MCU Firmware (main processor)

1. Power off the 1014D completely.
2. Insert the SD card into the front slot.
3. Press and hold the "Menu" button (or “Auto” depending on revision — check your manual).
4. While holding, press the power button and keep holding the Menu button for 5 seconds.
5. Release when screen shows “Updating MCU...” (or a progress bar).
6. Wait 1–2 minutes. Device may reboot automatically.
