Non-atomic rename: Renaming a file changes ( f_meta ) but not ( f_id ). In a network partition, rename can appear as two files. The repair protocol handles this by preferring the majority-side ( f_id ).
Hard links: Not directly supported. A hard link would require two ( f_id ) nodes pointing to the same ( f_meta ), violating Invariant 1. Future extension: link-counted ( f_meta ) with multiple incoming ( f_id ) edges.
