There is no legitimate, official "exclusive viewer" for locked profiles, as the Profile Lock
Note: If the user has strictly locked their privacy settings, this method will only show the small blurred version.

Non-friends will only see a small, non-clickable thumbnail of your DP. To enable: Go to your profile, tap the three dots (...) next to "Edit Profile," and select Lock Profile Option 2: Make Your DP "Unclickable" (Manual Privacy)
