5. Known Issues & Tips

• Anti‑cheat / online – ElAmigos releases are usually offline‑only. Don’t try official online features; you’ll get a ban/incompatibility.
• Mods – Most mods for 1.08.0 will break with 1.09.0. Wait for mod updates or stick to 1.08.0.
• Crack only – If you already have 1.09.0 files from elsewhere, you only need the ElAmigos crack/emu, not the full update.
• Windows Defender – May flag the patcher as false positive (common for repack tools). Add an exclusion if needed.
• Missing files – Occurs if you applied update to wrong folder. Verify folder contains Game/ subfolder or not, depending on repack structure.

• Weapon Balances: Several weapons have been buffed or nerfed to ensure that no single weapon type overshadows others. Notably, the effectiveness of certain greatswords and heavy weapons has been adjusted to bring them more in line with lighter, quicker weapon types.
