Phase 2: The Flashing Process
- Copy the
.binfile to the root directory of the microSD card (not inside any folders). - Power off your DSO2512G completely.
- Insert the microSD card into the DSO2512G’s slot (located under the rubber flap, usually on the right side).
- Press and hold the "Wave Gen" button (the sine wave icon) while pressing the power button. Note: Some versions use "Hold SEL" or "Hold F1". Check the
readme.txtincluded with your firmware. - The screen should show a progress bar or "Updating..." Do not touch any buttons.
- Wait 1–2 minutes. The device will either reboot automatically or display "Update Complete".
