As of January 2026, Samsung has patched the exploit utilized by Chimera Tool for FRP removal and carrier relock on devices with the January 2026 security patch or newer. While these functions are inactive on updated firmware, the tool continues to support FRP removal on 2025 firmwares, as well as KG Bypass and Xiaomi bootloader unlocking.
