Bypassing Google verification—also known as Factory Reset Protection (FRP)—on a SAMSUNG Galaxy A05 is necessary if you reset your phone and cannot remember the original Google account credentials.
- Start the Setup: On your Galaxy A05, proceed through the initial screens (Language, Date & Time, etc.) until you reach the Wi-Fi connection page.
- Connect to Wi-Fi: Connect to a network. Once connected, the "Google Verification" screen will appear asking for an email and password.
- Back to Wi-Fi: On the Google login screen, look for the "Back" arrow in the top left corner. Tap it repeatedly until you return to the Wi-Fi selection screen.
- The "Add Network" Trick: Scroll to the bottom of the Wi-Fi list and tap "Add Network" .
- Keyboard Access: When the keyboard pops up, look for the "Settings" gear icon (or the three dots) on the keyboard’s top bar. Tap it.
- Launch Galaxy Store: In the keyboard settings menu, select "Apps" (or App Shortcut). Scroll down and tap "Galaxy Store" . The phone will briefly struggle, but the Galaxy Store should open.
- Install QuickShortcutMaker: In the Galaxy Store, search for "QuickShortcutMaker" (by sika524). Download and install it. (Note: If Galaxy Store is blocked, use the browser to search for the APK).
- Open the App: Once installed, open QuickShortcutMaker.
- Search for "Setup Wizard": In the QuickShortcutMaker search bar, type
Setup Wizard. - Find the Activity: Tap on the "Setup Wizard" result. A list of activities will appear. Scroll down and look for an activity named:
.SetupWizardTestActivityorFinishActivity. - Launch it: Tap the "Try" button next to that activity.
- Result: A hidden menu will open. Tap "Finish Setup" or "Skip" . The Google Verification screen will close, and you will be taken directly to the home screen.
