Before diving into the story, understanding the core mechanics is essential. Unlike standard RPGs, Ataegina focuses heavily on Relationship Stats and Time Management.
- Phase 1: Stay close. He can’t hit you if you hug his legs. Attack 3 times, roll back.
- Phase 2 (50% HP): He summons floating skulls. Use double jump to dodge. Hit the skulls back at him for massive damage.
- Reward: Second Seal + Key of Unmaking.
To reach the most satisfying conclusion, balance your Love and Corruption meters carefully. Players have noted that being "too childish" in dialogue can lock you out of certain mature branches, so choose your responses with the MC's growth in mind.
- Green/Positive choices: Usually lead to romance or better rewards.
- Red/Negative choices: Can lead to "Game Over" or "Bad End" scenes.
- Note: In Ataegina, some scenes are unlocked by failing a battle on purpose against specific enemies or bosses. If you want to see "bad" scenes, save, lose intentionally, view the scene, then reload to win the fight.
