Changing the language in ACDSee Photo Studio is not always as simple as a single toggle in the settings, as the software is often "locked" to the language of the installer you used .
English, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, Italian, and Dutch
If specific parts of the interface (like keyboard shortcuts) are in the wrong language despite an English installation, it might be following your OS settings .
